The craftsmen in four key sectors of town (Lexicon Alley, Forum, Mechanics Row, and Library) represent different factions within the world.  Increasing your rep with these factions can earn you some substantial benefits.

Each faction has a vendor that will offer you items based on your rep.  These items will aid you in questing and leveling up your skills.  As you gain favor with a faction, the quality of the rewards will increase.

You'll start out neutral with each faction, and your rep will automatically increase as you level each skill. 

• Apprentice = Neutral
• Journeyman = Friendly
• Expert = Honored
• Artisan = Exalted
